Sarang188 offers promotional bonuses and incentive programmes to its Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general provisions.

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms and typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• A maximum bet restriction applies when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted stake (as stated in the relevant promotion's terms) may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered in full within the expiry window will be automatically removed from the Account.
• Game contribution rates vary by product type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino products may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Sarang188 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sarang188 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, civil or criminal referral.

• Creating, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identity documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or in claiming promotions.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or orchestrate coordinated betting patterns ("syndicate betting abuse").
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or structuring transactions to evade AML monitoring.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, code, databases, or security systems.
• Abusing, threatening, harassing, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward sarang188 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other geo-masking technology to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Depositing or wagering funds on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access or operate your Account.

All content on the sarang188 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "Sarang188", logos, graphic designs, user interface layouts, game content, text, software, audio, video, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of sarang188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without sarang188's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of sarang188's Intellectual Property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal proceedings for intellectual property infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sarang188, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of Account information;
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime;
• Failure of third-party payment systems (including e-wallets and bank networks);
• Any damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

In any event, sarang188's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Sarang188 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by sarang188's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Platform's services. You also consent to sarang188 contacting you via email or in-platform notifications regarding account matters, security alerts, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

Sarang188 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated service providers, licensing authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.

Sarang188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all eligible Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it must not be treated as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members at no charge and may be activated via Account Settings or by contacting Customer Support:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds deposited);
• Session time limits and reality-check notifications;
• Loss limits (maximum loss threshold per period);
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day account pauses);
• Self-exclusion (extended or permanent suspension of access to the Platform).

Sarang188 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request;
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider.

In the event of termination for cause, sarang188 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances including any pending withdrawals. Where termination is not for cause, sarang188 will make reasonable efforts to return the Member's verified Real Money Balance through the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending wagers and withdrawal processing.

Sarang188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material amendments will be notified to Members via in-platform notification, email to the registered address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Continued use of the sarang188 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify sarang188 of your intention to close your Account.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sarang188 is incorporated and licensed, as applicable under its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and sarang188, you are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. Sarang188 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Disputes relating to the outcome of games or sporting events shall be resolved by reference to sarang188's internal disputes procedure, and sarang188's decision on such matters shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.
